After you opt in
Read a run after you submit it, then pause, resume, or edit it.
Who Sees What?
This page is for workspace owners. Open My Playbooks to see your runs. Hub admins use Managing Playbooks.
After you opt in, each run has its own dates, budget, and status. Open a run to see spend so far and the live campaign. To pause, resume, or change it, use Edit an opt-in.
If the Hub must approve the playbook, the run stays on Awaiting Approval until they approve it. Needs Revision means update the submission and resubmit. See Waiting on Hub review.
Statuses
These labels describe the Flamel run, not Meta's campaign status.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Started, not submitted. |
| Queued | Waiting to launch. A future start may show the date. |
| Pending Billing | Saved and held because the ad account billing was refused. Nothing was created at the ad platform. |
| Awaiting Approval | Hub approval required. |
| Needs Revision | Hub asked for changes. Resubmit. |
| Launching | Flamel is building the campaign. |
| Running | Ads are live. |
| Partially Launched | Some campaigns were created and some were not. |
| Paused | Ads are stopped. Resume or Keep Paused. |
| Finished | Reached its end date. |
| Launch Failed | Could not create the campaign. Retry or contact support. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled before it finished. |
When a Run is Held for Billing
Pending Billing means Flamel saved your opt-in with the budget and dates you approved, then stopped before creating anything at the ad platform because the ad account refused billing. No campaign, ad set, or ad exists yet, and no money has been spent.
Fix the payment method on the ad account, then use Retry on the held run. Flamel rechecks billing before it launches, so retrying while billing is still refused leaves the run held rather than failing it. Your approved budget and schedule are kept exactly as you submitted them.
A Held Run Keeps Your Place
While a run is held for billing, opting into the same playbook again is refused. Resolve billing and retry the held run instead of starting a second one.
