Hub Management

Manage your hub's users, workspaces, approval workflows, guests, and permissions from one page.

Your hub is the top level of your account: the brand that owns every workspace, user seat, and setting. Hub admins manage all of it on the Hub page.

Open the Hub Page

Switch Into Your Hub

Open the Switcher in the top-left corner and choose Manage hub under your brand's name.

Open Hub

Click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner and select Hub. The page opens on the Basic Info tab.

What Each Tab Does

TabWhat you do there
Basic InfoEdit the hub name, website, and industry. Manage hub admins. View your workspace limit and enabled solutions.
UsersManage everyone with a seat: workspace access, permissions, removal, and pending invitations.
WorkspacesAdd, rename, group, and configure workspaces. Mark them active or dormant. Assign approval workflows.
ApprovalCreate and edit the approval chains posts must pass before publishing.
GuestsCreate read-only links for agencies, clients, and external reviewers.
PermissionsControl which integrations, sections, and solutions are available, hub-wide and per member.

Two Things Work Differently Than Before

Basic Info fields autosave as you type; watch for Saving and Saved beside the tabs. Flamel manages your workspace limit and enabled solutions. Use Request changes to contact support with the details prefilled.

Quick Start

The most common first task is adding your team.

Open the Users tab, click Invite, and send each person an invitation with their workspaces and permissions. See Invite Users.

Once they join, fine-tune access from the same tab: click the workspace count in the Role column to change which workspaces they can open.

Set Permissions so the right solutions are available to the right people.
