Review Email Reminders
Review emails apply when a playbook requires Hub approval before an opt-in deploys. They move an opt-in through the approval loop and keep it from stalling.
Who Receives Review Requests
A review-request email is sent whenever a workspace submits an opt-in for a playbook that requires Hub approval. Recipient sources are combined:
- The Hub’s selected playbook-review recipients and additional email addresses are always included.
- Any recipients added to that individual playbook are included in addition to the Hub-level recipients.
- All Hub admins receive the request only when neither the Hub nor the playbook has recipients configured.
Hub-level recipients are always included. Configure them on Hub Opt-Ins or from Notification Settings in the notifications bell. The email’s Review Playbook button takes the recipient to the Hub playbook view, where they open the opt-in in In Review and choose Approve or Request Changes. See Managing Playbooks for that review queue and its controls.
Where the feedback appears
When a Hub Admin requests changes, their comment is included in the email and is also shown on the opt-in itself in the review history, so the workspace can see exactly what to fix.
Review Reminders
While an opt-in is waiting on someone, Flamel sends reminders on a fixed schedule so it does not stall.
| Cadence | Day 1, day 3, day 5, and day 7 after the opt-in entered its current state. |
| Awaiting approval | Reminders go to the Hub media-review recipients. |
| Changes requested | Reminders go to the workspace, and include the latest feedback so the reader knows what to change. |
| Resets | Any state change (a request for changes, or a resubmission) restarts the clock at day 1. |
| Stops | As soon as the pending action is resolved (approved, resubmitted and moved on, cancelled, or deployed), the reminders stop. |
Why the clock resets
Each reminder tracks the current step. When the opt-in changes hands, for example from "awaiting approval" to "changes requested," it is a new action for a new person, so the reminder schedule starts over from day 1.
